In a rapidly changing landscape, our mission is simple yet powerful: to advance equity‑centered research, practice, and leadership that strengthens the vital role of community colleges and supports the diverse pathways students take toward meaningful credentials and careers.

The Center

Our center brings together researchers, educators, policymakers, and industry partners to better understand the dynamics of P–20 pathways and to co-create solutions that improve student transitions on the “to and through” each stage of their educational journey.

The Work

Our work spans applied research, technical assistance, leadership development, and the creation of tools and resources that help institutions enhance student outcomes and align with workforce needs.
