Summary: Guided Pathways is an evidence‑based, whole‑college framework that helps students navigate higher education through clear program maps, proactive advising, and integrated support systems—leading to faster completion and stronger transitions to transfer or living‑wage careers. The framework provides sustained, relationship‑based guidance to keep students on track and empowered to make informed decisions throughout their academic journey.

This case study highlights six institutions—three community colleges and three Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs):
