Enhancing Educational Opportunities Throughout the Life Course

Established in 2026, the Pathways Research and Resource Center (PRCC) is based in the University of Pittsburgh School of Education.

Founding director Eboni M. Zamani-Gallaher, Professor and Renée and Richard Goldman Dean, created the center to be a transformative hub of innovative work across P-20 education.

Our Purpose

Our mission is to lead innovative, equity-centered research, practice, and leadership development that strengthens the role of community colleges in expanding access to credentials of value, advancing workforce development, and fostering educational and economic mobility.

The vision of the Pathways Research and Resource Center is to create a centralized hub that drives innovation, equity, and excellence in postsecondary education. Our mission is to research, develop, and disseminate effective strategies and resources that support diverse educational pathways, thereby empowering students to achieve their full potential in their academic and professional pursuits.
